We started after watching small business owners lose revenue every day because they couldn't answer their phones — they were cutting hair, fixing pipes, or seeing patients. The existing options weren't good enough: phone answering services were expensive and couldn't book or charge customers, IVR menus drove people away, and voice-AI developer platforms required engineering work most small businesses don't have.

Voice AI had finally reached the point where a model could handle a real end-to-end booking conversation, in any language, on the first ring. So we built the receptionist that fits how small businesses actually run: forward your number, connect a calendar, go live.
