Most resorts with drop-off/group childcare have an age minimum of 3+. Some might have recommended babysitters. You could also use a service like care.com or sittercity.com to find a local sitter to watch LO in your hotel room. Source: over 3 years ago
There are tons of childcare websites and most of them require background checks. I always used care.com sittercity.com urbansitter.com Just make sure you call references and do a trial run with them! As a part-time nanny who works in DC, I've found most of my jobs on Care.com and sittercity.com. White House Nannies is the major nanny agency here, but I feel like most nannies who sign up for it are looking for full time work.
