If you want to market your houses to let yourself you can use openrent to get them on the big property portals like Rightmove and Zoopla. Then I use a mixture of Jotform with conditional questions and Simply Book Me to automate tenant screening and viewing scheduling without needing to be constantly phoning applicants that are not acceptable.
