It all started with a simple observation: Too many restaurants were still using outdated menus , blurry PDFs, broken links, or printed cards that were expensive to update and difficult to manage. Tourists couldnโ€™t understand them. Staff were constantly reprinting. Customers were scanning QR codes only to land on Google Drive files.
