Possible disadvantages of SHAXPIR

While Shaxpir offers a free version, the full feature set requires a paid subscription, which could be a deterrent for writers on a budget.
  • Learning Curve
New users may experience a learning curve due to the wide range of features and functions, which might slow down initial productivity.

Great Product - Poor Customer Service

I love the product! Love using it, and it works a treat for me. However, if something goes wrong, the customer service is very poor. There are two versions of SHAXPIR. A free version, and a paid version, yet support is the same - almost non-existent! - It seems to be a 'one-man band' who is the support, perhaps he should have some more help?
