Serendly is an OKR software and 1:1 meeting tool designed to improve strategic execution in startups and SMBs.
Unlike most OKR platforms that focus mainly on tracking objectives and key results, Serendly connects OKRs with the day-to-day management layer where execution actually happens: weekly 1:1 meetings, team conversations, and managerial follow-ups.
By combining OKRs, structured 1:1s, and an AI assistant, Serendly helps managers continuously align teams, surface blockers early, and turn strategic priorities into concrete actions. The AI analyzes OKRs and meeting notes to highlight risks, misalignment, and progress signals, reducing the gap between planning and execution.
Key benefits include:
Serendly is built for companies that struggle to make OKRs work in practice and want to move beyond static dashboards to a real execution system.
Keywords: OKR software, OKR tool, 1:1 meeting software, performance management, team alignment, strategic execution, goal tracking, employee 1 on 1s, management software, AI productivity tool.

sqlite-guiSerendly's answer
Serendly differs from traditional OKR tools by covering the full execution loop from planning and alignment to daily execution, rituals, and real-time steering. It connects OKRs to 1:1s, tasks, and AI-driven insights so teams continuously act on priorities, surface risks early, and actually achieve their strategic objectives.
Serendly's answer
Most OKR tools focus on tracking goals, but Serendly focuses on making them actually happen. It connects OKRs with weekly 1:1s and uses AI to turn managerial conversations into continuous execution and alignment.
Serendly's answer
Serendly is designed for startups and SMBs (~20 to 400 employees) that use OKRs to drive strategy but lack a dedicated OKR or strategy operations lead to ensure consistent execution. It is particularly valuable for CEOs and founders who want a clear, real-time view of company trajectory at a glance. It is also built for executives (VPs, Heads ofโฆ) who need to align their teamโs priorities with the rest of the organization and ensure cross-functional execution without friction.

DB4S provides only one algorithm based on official SQLite cipher. You can encrypt your database with another in SQLiteStudio or sqlite-gui (I'm an author). Both applications use SQLite3 Multiple Ciphers-library. Source: about 3 years ago
Maybe try a GUI program for the Most Widely Deployed and Used Database Engine today. There are numerous other GUI frontends. Source: about 3 years ago
The most popular apps areDB4S and SQLiteStudio. If you are planning to run long time queries, then you might encounter with problems by running them in parallel in these tools. To run several queries in a real parallel mode you can use Navicat for SQLite or my sqlite-gui. Source: over 3 years ago
You can do it by sqlite-gui (I'm author). Open your SQLite database and then go to Main menu > Import > Import via ODBC In a dialog window push ... To run ODBC Administrator, then create DSN for your Access file and after that choose it. Other steps are simple. Source: over 3 years ago
For advanced users I recommend to check another my app - sqlite-gui. Source: over 3 years ago
