Doing some Googling Sequel Pro looks very promising as well as Navicat. Ideally something FOSS or at least free, but willing to pay if needed. Source: about 5 years ago
Superblocks: This is a Retool alternative for building internal apps. There are so many internal app builders that have come out recently. Superblocks is the only one I've found that has python support for script blocks alongside the much more common JS script blocks. I've read that tooljet is working on adding Python support. Superblocks drag and drop interface builder is not the best but it's totally functional. Source: almost 4 years ago
