Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Sendout Companaro and Codegres.org.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Sendout Companaro's answer

people who are actively looking for job or want to do career switch but not getting enough time from their own job tasks

What makes your product unique?

Sendout Companaro's answer

It handles the recruiter's reply. Every other tool in this category stops at submission, which is the point where most applicants actually lose the thread: a recruiter answers on a Tuesday afternoon while you are at work and two days of silence later the conversation is dead. Sendout answers from your own inbox and your own LinkedIn account on availability, pay expectations and scheduling and hands anything unusual back to you. The rest of the pipeline is table stakes by comparison.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Sendout Companaro's answer

Three differences that matter in practice.

It sends from your own accounts, not a shared sending domain. Bulk tools route through their own infrastructure, which is why their mail lands in spam.

Contacts are mailbox-verified before anything is sent. No guessed addresses, no bounces, and role inboxes at large companies are deliberately excluded because they are auto-triage dead ends.

It filters ghost jobs using a sighting ledger. A repost can fake its timestamp but it cannot fake that the same company and title was first seen six weeks ago.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Sendout Companaro's answer

Job seekers running a high volume search, mostly software engineers, data and product people. Two groups in particular: people recently laid off who are applying to dozens of roles a week by hand and people job hunting while employed who cannot answer a recruiter at 2pm because they are at their current job.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Sendout Companaro's answer

Python and FastAPI on the backend, PostgreSQL for storage APScheduler for hourly job scanning and send scheduling. React with Vite on the frontend. LLM calls routed through OpenRouter.

What's the story behind your product?

Sendout Companaro's answer

I was job hunting and looking for a tool that could run the whole search for me. There wasn't one. Plenty of them automate a piece of it. Some fill in application forms, some rewrite your resume for each posting, some scrape job boards. Every one of them stops at submission. The part nobody had touched is the part that actually converts. A LinkedIn conversation with the person who posted the role turns into an interview far more often than an application dropped into a portal does, because you are talking to a human instead of a queue. But no tool would hold that conversation for you. They would send the connection request and then leave you to answer the recruiter yourself, which is the exact moment you are at your current job and cannot reply for six hours. So I built the thing that was missing. Sendout finds the role, filters out the postings that were never really open, applies on the real form, reaches the hiring person from your own accounts and then answers them when they reply.
