Send Reaction offers unlimited sessions and events/pageviews for one flat rate. Most analytics/replay platforms will charge you for growing while Send Reaction was specifically designed to be able to offer an unlimited plan.

Most analytics/replay platforms will charge you for growing while Send Reaction was specifically designed to be able to offer an unlimited plan. You shouldn't be worried about getting a big analytics bill just cause you had a spike in traffic.

Send Reaction was designed for small businesses that have a web shop or app. We have a beta integration with Shopify, but it's as simple as adding a line of code to your site.

Our founder Andrew Fernandez has spent more than a decade dealing with product and ecommerce analytics tools across early stage startups to public companies. He realized that for most small businesses they would never have the tech/data team to put together sophisticated analytics to see what happening on their sites or apps. He set out to build out a brand new way to track everything that happens on your site with it being unlimited as the main guardrail. By removing any areas where overhead costs could balloon with growth Send Reaction was born.
Hotjar has been our go-to for optimizing UI, reducing bounce rates, and refining CTAs. Its powerful insights have been instrumental in enhancing user experience. A staple tool for data-driven decisions!
I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.

If you have installed a heat map like hotjar.com then I will tell you that I used that for a month and found 5 or so dead ends where users were not getting to the cart or clicking on things that where not informative enough to lead to the next action. Source: about 1 year ago
Install hotjar.com - it's free. It's a heatmap that tracks how people navigate around your site. Why this matters? You can see where people drop off on your site (specifically, what content they see/don't see). Then, you can make informed decisions on what content is landing and what needs to change.
