Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Selfcommit.dev and filtrat.io.

What makes your product unique?

filtrat.io's answer:

Every email verifier detects catch-all domains and stops. filtrat.io resolves each address individually to confirmed deliverable or bounce.

That is 20-30% of every B2B list that other tools mark "unknown" and walk away from. We return 600-700 confirmed results per 1,000 catch-all addresses.

What we can't resolve costs nothing.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

filtrat.io's answer:

Lead generation agencies running cold email campaigns, B2B sales teams doing outbound outreach, and SaaS companies cleaning prospect lists before sending. Anyone who works with B2B email lists and loses 20-30% of contacts to catch-all domains.

What's the story behind your product?

filtrat.io's answer:

I was building lead gen pipelines for clients and every pipeline had the same leak - catch-all emails that no verifier could resolve. I tried MillionVerifier, NeverBounce, ZeroBounce, Bouncer. All of them flagged catch-all as "risky" and stopped. The workaround was Scrubby which sends real emails from Gmail accounts and takes 24-72 hours. I built filtrat.io to resolve catch-all in seconds without sending anything to the prospect's inbox.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

filtrat.io's answer:

Three reasons. First - catch-all resolution is built in, not a separate tool or third party. MillionVerifier recommends Scrubby, NeverBounce charges but doesn't resolve, ZeroBounce charges double for an AI score. filtrat.io confirms. Second - you only pay for confirmed results. Uncertain, risky, and unresolved addresses are free. Third - pricing. A 10,000 email list costs $10 on filtrat.io with catch-all resolution included. The same list costs $39-111 on competitors without resolution.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

filtrat.io's answer:

TypeScript, React, TanStack Router for the frontend. Python and Go for the verification pipeline. REST API with n8n workflow templates for automation.
