No description of Second Computer yet.

Most side projects don't fail because the developer isn't good enough. They fail because there's no structure, no real deadline, and nobody watching when you skip Day 4. MVP Builder is a structured 13, 21 or 30-day sprint for developers with a full-time job whose side project is stuck. Not a...

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Second Computer and MVPBuilder.io.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

Next.js, Supabase, Vercel

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

AI will give you a plan in ten minutes and will not notice when you skip Day 4. What is missing is not another plan, it is a checkpoint someone else reads. The daily prompt is calibrated to your own project context rather than generic advice, and the decision to take you on is made in a call, not by a form — vague scope gets turned down there, because a sprint that starts wrong produces nothing worth showing.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

Developers with a full-time job and a side project that has been almost done for months. Not beginners, not people looking for someone to build it for them. The requirement is that you own the implementation and can put three to five hours a week into it, spread across several days rather than in one block.

What makes your product unique?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

The milestone is enforced, not tracked. On day 13, 21 or 30 you attach a URL or a file, and a person reads it against a goal that was written down before day one and frozen. No proof, no continuation: the sprint pauses. Everyday check-ins stay voluntary on purpose — the point is not attendance, it is that something exists at the checkpoint.

What's the story behind your product?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

I built the enforcement first and then ran it on myself: a 21-day sprint as a participant, with the goal written down and frozen before day one. I missed one of my four criteria and published that alongside the three I met. The product exists because I did not trust my own account of my progress, and there was no reason anyone else should either.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

MVPBuilder.io's answer:

  • None yet — the free beta is closed and produced no public customer list
  • Places are open at Founder Price and paid; no paying customer has completed a sprint yet, so there is no testimonial to show
