Sharing is easy When you upload a screenshot, a link is automatically copied to your clipboard. You can paste this link in an email or IM conversation. The other person simply clicks the link and sees your screenshot.

Never really messed with that, I use Screencloud for my needs. Custom hotkeys + the capability of uploading them automatically to an FTP server. The in-built Windows one might be pretty solid for most use-cases though. Source: about 4 years ago
