Proactively addressing the issue. And avoiding wondering is someone is hogging a charger. If the Teslas or any other EV are full, but no one around, it should be ok to unplug the them? I think chase is also a solid choice. They have a good range of ATMs and branches, but they are a bit fee-happy compared to others.
