• Safest way to access tor through windows

  It loads fresh every time (if it didn't it would defeat the purpose) as far as bookmarks you have a couple ways of doing that on a live OS.. First you can create a pastebin and password protect it and just have it open in a separate tab... Source: almost 4 years ago

  Unfortunately, https://raindrop.io/ is blocked at my work, so I'll probably need to go with https://saved.io/. I just wish https://saved.io/ had an import function. Source: about 5 years ago
