Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing SafeSheet.app and Diffyn.

What makes your product unique?

SafeSheet.app's answer

Most SDS software is built for enterprise EHS departments and priced accordingly. SafeSheet is built for the shop that has chemicals but no safety officer. The difference workers actually feel is the QR code: print one sticker per location and anyone can scan it with a phone — no app, no login — to see a chemical's GHS pictograms, hazard statements, and first-aid steps in seconds. Building the inventory is fast too: GHS hazard data auto-fills from the NIH PubChem public database instead of being retyped off the label.

Diffyn's answer:

Addresses workflow and change management on LLM prompts, provide teams with traceability and visualization of tests across multiple models, provide deeper understading into efficiency of these prompts.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

SafeSheet.app's answer

Scope and price. Enterprise EHS suites bundle HazCom into platforms covering incident management, air permits, and industrial hygiene, with implementation projects and per-seat pricing to match. SafeSheet does one standard — OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200 — end to end: SDS management, chemical inventory, GHS secondary-container labels, HazCom training records, and inspection-ready reports. It's fully self-serve: sign up and have a working inventory the same afternoon, no sales call. Plans start at $29/month with a 14-day free trial, no credit card.

Diffyn's answer:

Diffyn is the platform that specializes on both change management and multi-model analysis.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

SafeSheet.app's answer

Next.js (App Router) and TypeScript across the stack, Supabase for authentication and Postgres with row-level security enforcing tenant isolation, Tailwind CSS for the interface, and Vercel for hosting — US-hosted, encrypted in transit and at rest. GHS hazard data on chemical entry comes from the NIH PubChem public API. Payments run through Lemon Squeezy, transactional email through Resend.

Diffyn's answer:

React, Next.js, POSTGRESQL

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

SafeSheet.app's answer

Small businesses that store chemicals but have no dedicated safety staff — auto repair shops, salons and barbershops, dental and veterinary offices, machine shops, janitorial and cleaning companies, small manufacturers and contractors. Typically 1–50 employees across one to a handful of locations. If OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard applies to you and your current system is a paper binder, you're the user.

Diffyn's answer:

Professionals incorporating LLMs or AI tools in their workflow and wants to keep track of changes and test their prompts.

What's the story behind your product?

SafeSheet.app's answer

SafeSheet is built by Elite Tech Global, LLC, a Utah company. It started from an observation: OSHA's Hazard Communication Standard applies to almost any business that stores chemicals, and it's consistently one of OSHA's most-cited standards — yet most small shops manage it with a paper binder of Safety Data Sheets that's out of date the day it's printed. The software that exists is aimed at enterprise EHS teams. SafeSheet was built to make the same compliance work manageable for a shop with ten employees: replace the binder with a searchable digital system, put hazard info in workers' hands through a QR code they can scan, and price it for a small business.

Diffyn's answer:

I started working on Diffyn when I notice that prompting has become an essential part of work across many industries. While there are version control platofrms like github, they are not designed for just prompt management are can be overkill such applications, it is also not integrated natively with various LLMs and relevant tools for users to validate ideas and visualise results properly.
