Looking for work in Israeli high-tech means reading through listings that were never a fit, and rewriting the same CV over and over for the ones that are.
Willbi does both jobs for you. It collects newly published roles from LinkedIn and directly from company career sites, keeps only Israeli positions, and scores every one of them against your CV and a short AI interview that captures what you actually want: the role, the seniority, the domain, the things you would rather not do again. Instead of a feed sorted by recency, you get a shortlist sorted by how well each job fits you, with the reasoning shown so you can disagree with it.
When a role is worth applying to, one click writes a CV tailored to that specific job, keeping every fact from your real experience and changing only emphasis, order and wording. You can refine it by chat before you download it.

Willbi started as a way to collect every newly published Israeli tech role in one place, judge each one against a real CV rather than against keywords, and then produce the tailored application in a single step.
