   Just a okay experience

   Registration process is really hectic though once registered everything is smooth as expected. Huge collection of products but the shipping fees are high and taxes. Amazon should definitely change their UX its getting dull now. Customer support is on point but the sellers should be accounted for as i have been getting wrong products and seller starts ghosting, amazon helped me a lot anyways. I hope these will be heard

   I will like it and I also recommend others to follow this platform. But there is no direct relationship with customers, high operating costs and no control over the refund policy

   Nice shopping experience with Amazon

   Amazon has best shopping experience with us. Everything in this platform is very nice. It provides best shopping experience in India, has provides biggest selections of products, books, software reach and shows best movies, latest podcasts music and everything is nice for us. I like Amazon and also refer others to follow that platform. But there is no direct customer relationship, has high operations cost and there is no control over return policies.

  "Question 2: I bought two Roku Ultras" - You activate both Rokus on the same account on roku.com. I've had a Roku Ultra for some time and recently bought a Roku Express 4K for the guest bedroom for visiting relatives.   Can something similar be done on roku.com? I tried following your steps for this video https://therokuchannel.roku.com/watch/67ca18fb4816521db4f188855569c21e but I noticed the type is not hls but mp4. • Just got this 50” roku sharp tv and tried setting up last night only to be met with this message everytime i try to click a channel. It’s saying there’s an “excellent” internet and wifi connection and yet nothing works on it. i have tried everything in the book including 2 factory resets i’m lost

• Unauthorized Roku charges through my Paypal account.

  Easier said than done with an elderly parent, but have your mom go to roku.com, reset her password, and give you the password. Then you should be able to go in and remove any payment method (presumably your PayPal), cancel any subscriptions, etc. Source: over 3 years ago

  Don't give them an opportunity to give you a "phone number" either. Ask them to identify their company and the branch that they are with - then go to the official website of the company (i.e. https://amazon.com, etc.) and look up the phone number there.
