What makes your product unique?

RFPvault is the only RFP response tool that includes automated procurement law objection generation. It identifies requirements in public tenders that may violate procurement regulations, cites the relevant legislation, and drafts formal objection documents. In one recent tender, 11 of 14 objections were accepted by the procuring authority. No other tool on the market attempts this.

What's the story behind your product?

It started as an internal tool. The founder spent years in presales responding to complex technical RFPs and got tired of spending weeks on each one - copy-pasting from old proposals, chasing subject-matter experts, and formatting Word documents. He built a tool to automate the painful parts and kept using it daily. Colleagues started asking "how do you respond so fast?" - that's when it became a product.

Modern web stack with enterprise-grade security. AES-256 encryption at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit, role-based access control, and full audit logging. Hosted on private infrastructure with edge protection.
