I use Backrest, a web UI for Restic, to back up to Backblaze B2. Everything runs in Docker. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago
In this guide I'll set up the backup system I actually run: restic pushing encrypted snapshots to Backblaze B2, automated on a timer, monitored, and — the part everyone skips — verified with a real restore. It works the same on a €5 VPS or a home-lab box. - Source: dev.to / 2 months ago
This realization is what led me from a small Bash script wrapped in KDialog to a full multithreaded Qt/C++ desktop application built around restic. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
Resticprofile is a wrapper tool for centrally managing the configuration of restic. It is developed in Go and features cross-platform compatibility, just like restic. - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
I switched to restic (https://restic.net/) and the backrest webui (https://github.com/garethgeorge/backrest) for Windows support. Files are deduplicated across machines with good compression support. - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
I have tried multcloud.com, cloudsfer.com end some minor ones. None of these are accurate IMHO. They are not able to move all contents leaving me with an issue to check hundreds of items. Also they do not provide a simple feature: move ALL from A to B, period. I do have loose photos and many Albums I would like to preserve. Sadly, Google Drive desktop client is not able to create Albums based on directories. Source: over 4 years ago
