I looked for a recovery app and could not find one that fit. Everything I tried either punished setbacks with streak resets, demanded personal details before letting you in, or treated the problem as something to gamify. I wanted something quieter. Something that assumed you already knew what you wanted to change and just needed a steady place to do the work.

I built it alone. I use the same infrastructure I am asking anyone else to trust. The journal is encrypted so that even I cannot read it. There is no tracking, no third-party analytics, and no way for the app to charge you without your explicit action.
