Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing resilienceOS and Vim Python IDE.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

resilienceOS's answer

We are born from deep operational 'on the ground' experience and expertise across multiple markets, specifically for crisis response management.

This hands-on experience and knowledge informs our product road-map, allowing us to focus on the things that we KNOW matter, and actually make a critical difference.

Given our global response centre service in Aberdeen, and 80% of operators in the Red Sea using our service, we have the ability to continuously learn from all incidents that occur, and improve our software based on these learnings.

What makes your product unique?

resilienceOS's answer

We are the only risk management solution to provide a truly unified and open data ecosystem, that allows multiple third-party risk data sources to be integrated and displayed in one single dashboard (no data siloes, no system hopping).

Location Convergence: We take multi-sourced data from HR feeds, travel itinerary systems, access control data, GPS data, etc. and use this data to calculate and present the most accurate picture of where your people are at any given time.

Modular capability: We give organisations the option to deploy our solutions on a scalable level. Starting from a single site location, with the ability to expand on to: country, region, and even completely global.

24/7 Monitoring & Response: Restrata works with organisations around the world to effectively and efficiently manage incidents of every size and nature. Our Global Operations Command Centre (GOCC) sets the standard for round-the-clock international response. Headquartered in the UK with a secondary incident management centre in Dubai, we're well-positioned to respond to any incident regardless of when and where it may occur.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

resilienceOS's answer

Our primary audience includes large oil/gas/energy/industrial companies that want to safely secure their operational resilience. These companies utilise Restrata to keep their people, assets, and business safe.

What's the story behind your product?

Our resilienceOS platform solves these problems.
