Reply200 builds a Voice Replica from your captions, past replies, media and page info, with no prompts or templates to write first. For each comment, it chooses reply, hide, react or leave alone. It stays silent when it is not certain, so it does not guess at page facts.

Most tools make you build FAQs, rules, flows and tone guidance before they help. Reply200 starts from the page's own footprint and adapts by placement, so posts and ads get different handling. It also separates Moderate and Engage, with both on by default per page and Business Manager. Pricing starts at $29/month with no seat fees.
Reply200's answer
The primary audience is creators and influencers who need more reach and engagement on organic posts. It also fits media buyers, agencies and brands with heavy comment activity. Use it when public comments affect reach, trust, ad click-through rate or team workload.

Vue 3 and TypeScript on the front end. Large language models handle classification and reply writing, wrapped in a proprietary engine: a categorization layer that classifies every comment by category, intent and tags, a decision layer that picks one action per comment (reply, hide, react or leave alone) from that classification and the placement (ad, organic post or live stream), a per-page Voice Replica built from the page's public footprint, and a retrieval pipeline (RAG) over the per-page context library and the post's own media and caption, so replies are grounded in facts. Comments are read and acted on through the official Meta Graph API, TikTok API and YouTube Data API. Billing runs on Stripe.
Reply200's answer
Reply200 started inside a media buying team, with a pain we still solve today. Ads were pulling hundreds of comments a day, and every one of them sat there deciding whether the next person clicked. Buying questions about shipping, sizing and price went unanswered. Competitor pitches, scam accusations and abuse stayed visible under the creative for days. Relevance scores slipped, CPMs rose, and the only fixes on offer were hiring moderators, which did not scale, or templated auto-replies, which read as bots and cost trust.
So we built the tool we needed: an agent that answers buying questions in the page's own voice, hides the comments that kill conversions the moment they appear, and stays quiet when it has nothing reliable to say. Once it worked under ads, the same engine went onto organic posts, and the second effect showed up: threads that get answered keep distributing.
Today Reply200 handles comments for media buyers, creators, agencies and brands across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, on ads, posts and live streams.
