RentPost's answer
RentPost was founded in the aftermath of the financial crisis in 2008. As the real estate market was shifting, and our own investment prospectus focused around the rental market, it was born out of the need to collect rent online and manage tenant relationships.

RentPost is a web based platform with an API and multiple frontend applications. Exact specifics around the technologies used are proprietary.
Good search doesn't really impress you when it's working. You only notice it after using software where you can't find anything. I've gotten so used to pulling information up instantly that every other platform feels weirdly slow now. I wasn't expecting a search bar to become one of the reasons I stayed with RentPost, but that's honestly what happened
RentPost doesnโt magically make you organized, but it sets things up in a way that makes your workflow look and feel more professional. Iโm doing the same work as before, just without the mess showing through.
What I appreciate most is that this property management solution didnโt add complexity to my workflow, it actually reduced it. Iโm not juggling tools or second-guessing where something is saved anymore. After a couple of weeks of using it consistently, everything started feeling more natural and connected.

I would recommend trying rentpost.com. Their retention is nice. I like the fact that it doesn't charge a transaction fee to the Landlord. Just a flat fee. Workers can submit work orders real easy and easy tenant access as well. Source: over 3 years ago

In this post we are using an Amazon EC2 T3 Micro instance running Ubuntu with an nginx web server. We'll use AWS Systems Manager to help set up a CI/CD pipeline using GitHub Actions. We'll be using a Vue Nuxt 4 application as our web app. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
