What, exactly, are you looking for? A unit to rent? Then there's no need to go specifically seeking out a sublease (which is going to be tricky for 3 people anyway) and just visit rentler.com or see what the search results are yielding. Start by looking on loopnet.com to see what commercial spaces in your area are going for. Remember, when looking at rent costs, there is often something called triple net (or NNN) which covers variable expenses for the landlord and can add another $1-2/sf/mo to your cost.
