Regimen is the personal health intelligence system for peptide, GLP-1, TRT, and HRT protocols. Schedule and log every dose, get smart reminders, run reconstitution and dosing math, and model estimated blood levels for 150+ compounds. Track your labs, body metrics, progress photos, and 50+ daily check-in markers in one place.

The part most people stay for: Regimen connects your doses to your bloodwork, your Apple Health and Google Health Connect data, and how you actually feel, then surfaces what is moving the needle and what isn't. Most apps log a dose and stop. Regimen shows you whether the protocol is working. Free for one compound, with everything unlocked.

Key features: Dose tracking with smart reminders - Reconstitution & dosing calculators - Blood-level (PK) modeling for 150+ compounds - Apple Health & Google Health Connect sync - Lab & bloodwork tracking - 50+ daily check-in markers - Pattern detection across your whole protocol - Cycle & inventory management - Progress photos with side-by-side compare - Private and secure

Regimen features and specs

  • Protocol Scheduling & Reminders
Set up any dosing schedule (daily, weekly, every few days, twice daily, as-needed) with per-compound reminders, automatic cycle on/off alerts, and inventory tracking, so you never miss a dose or run out mid-cycle.
  • Reconstitution & Dosing Calculators
Built-in calculators handle the math for peptides, oil-based compounds, and nasal sprays. Enter your vial size, BAC water, and target dose, and Regimen tells you exactly how many units to draw.
  • Blood-Level (Pharmacokinetic) Modeling
Regimen models estimated blood levels for 150+ compounds using published half-life data, so you can see peak, trough, and steady-state across a full year of history instead of guessing where you are in a cycle.
  • Health & Lab Correlation
Sync weight, body fat, resting heart rate, sleep, and blood pressure from Apple Health or Google Health Connect, log your bloodwork and 50+ daily check-in markers, and see every metric plotted against your dose history.
  • Pattern Detection (Signals)
Regimen's purpose-built engine connects your doses to your markers, labs, and health metrics and surfaces what is actually working, what isn't, and what may be driving a side effect. It learns your history, so each cycle is measured against your own baseline.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Regimen and Hypervector.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Regimen's answer

People actively managing their own peptide, GLP-1, TRT, or HRT protocols, often more than one at once. They are self-directed and research-oriented, and they are tired of cobbling together notes apps, calendars, and spreadsheets to keep a protocol straight. That includes peptide users, people on GLP-1 medications like Ozempic or Mounjaro, and anyone on testosterone or hormone therapy who wants to know whether their protocol is working.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Regimen's answer

Regimen is built with React and Capacitor, delivering a native mobile experience on iOS and Android from a single codebase, plus a web app. The marketing site uses React with TypeScript, and the backend runs on a serverless cloud architecture for reliability and scale.

What makes your product unique?

Regimen's answer

Most trackers log what you took and stop there. Regimen connects your doses to your bloodwork, your Apple Health and Google Health Connect metrics, and 50+ daily check-in markers, then shows you what is actually working and what isn't. On top of that you get reconstitution and dosing calculators, blood-level modeling for 150+ compounds, and cycle management, all in one app built for peptides, GLP-1s, TRT, and HRT together, not one compound type at a time.

What's the story behind your product?

Regimen's answer

Regimen was born out of personal frustration. The founder was managing a multi-compound protocol and couldn't find a single app that handled reconstitution math, cycling schedules, lab tracking, and progress all together. Everything was scattered across spreadsheets and calendar reminders. So he built the tool he wished existed: one app to run the entire protocol with precision and privacy. Regimen has been built and maintained by Awaken Labs LLC since 2025.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Regimen's answer

Two reasons: depth and breadth. Depth, because Regimen doesn't just log doses, it correlates your whole protocol against your labs, health metrics, and how you feel, so you can see results instead of guessing. Breadth, because it handles your entire stack in one place: BPC-157, TB-500, testosterone, HCG, semaglutide, tirzepatide, and custom compounds, each with its own schedule, cycle tracking, and calculators. It supports pills, sprays, drops, and creams, not just injections. And it is free for one compound, then $4.99 a month for unlimited, a fraction of what comparable apps charge.
