ReelsGraph is a free movie and TV tracker built around one question: out of everything you mean to watch, what should you actually watch next?
You rate what you've seen, and those ratings drive personalized recommendations using collaborative filtering over real user data, not genre tags. The more you rate, the better it understands your taste.
What it does:
Everything works without an account. It's completely free, with no ads and no plans to monetize.
The movie side is the most developed, with TV still improving as more people rate shows. It's a solo project, a fork of GamesGraph (a games backlog and discovery site running since 2019), pointed at film and TV.
All about the TV Shows, Anime and Movies: trailers, photos, screenshots, screencaps, wallpapers, comments, TV ratings. Free open REST API for developers.
ReelsGraph
SimklSimkl is particularly recommended for avid movie, TV show, and anime watchers who want an easy way to track their viewing history, receive personalized recommendations, and engage with a community of like-minded individuals.

ReelsGraph's answer
The watchlist ranks itself. Instead of a static list you have to scroll, everything you add is sorted by a "watch next" score based on your own ratings, so the top is always what you're most likely to want right now. Most trackers store what you plan to watch; ReelsGraph decides the order for you. It also covers movies and TV together, and the recommendations run on collaborative filtering over real user ratings rather than genre tags.
ReelsGraph's answer
It's completely free with no account required to use it, no ads, and no paid tier gating the useful parts. It handles movies and TV in one place instead of one or the other. The recommendations get sharper the more you rate, and Party Mode helps a group decide what to watch by comparing everyone's scores. If you already use another tracker, you can import your ratings by CSV and try it without starting from scratch.
ReelsGraph's answer
People who watch a lot of movies and shows and have a growing backlog they can't keep track of. Anyone frustrated by decision paralysis in front of a streaming app, or who wants recommendations based on what they actually rate rather than what's trending. It works for solo viewers building a taste profile and for groups trying to agree on something to watch together.
ReelsGraph's answer
I've run GamesGraph, a game backlog and discovery site, solo since 2019. The core problem there (a huge pile of games and no idea what to play next) is the same problem for film and TV, so I forked the whole thing and pointed it at movies and shows. Same engine, same recommendation logic, years of real use behind it. It started as something I wanted for myself and figured others might want too.
ReelsGraph's answer
ASP.NET Core (Razor Pages) with PostgreSQL and Entity Framework Core, running on a single VPS behind NGINX. Background jobs run on Hangfire. The recommendation engine uses matrix factorization / collaborative filtering. Movie and TV metadata comes from TMDB.
To Be honest, after few weeks of using SIMKL. I discovered soo many amazing features, it literally had features from 5-15 different websites all packed together in one and amazing browser extension and mobile app interface as well!
Based on our record, Simkl seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 46 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

Yes, we got. Move to another track service. I'm trying https://simkl.com/ for now. TvTime is kinda joke now. Not working for a week, support doesn't respond. Source: about 3 years ago
I kinda gave up on TVTime a few days ago and went to https://simkl.com. Kinda like it so far. You can import your TVTime stuff (you have to send an email to TVTime but they responded within an hour so don't let that put you down). It's way more up to date and responsive! Source: about 3 years ago
