Azure Cost Management shows the bill. Cloud Halo turns it into a managed FinOps workflow.

Cloud Halo is an Azure-first cost management platform built for MSPs, consultancies, and Azure-first teams. Connect client tenants with read-only access (Cost Management Reader - no write permissions, ever), and turn raw cost data into the operating rhythm your clients actually pay for:

  • Client workspaces: keep every customer's subscriptions, users, alerts, reports and audit history cleanly separated.
  • Cost visibility: slice spend by subscription, service, resource group, region, tag, team or department.
  • Budgets & routed alerts: thresholds per workspace, service or resource group, routed by email or Slack to the right client contact or delivery team.
  • Anomaly detection & forecasting: catch spikes with likely-driver explanations; project month-end spend with confidence scoring.
  • Savings ledger: track Azure Advisor and Cloud Halo recommendations from identified to realised, with owners and status. Show clients receipts, not promises.
  • White-label monthly reports: a nine-section client-ready FinOps report (executive summary, budgets, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, Hybrid Benefit, right-sizing, orphaned resources, action plan) generated in one click. FOCUS-aligned exports included.
  • MSP portfolio view: every client's spend, forecast, sync health and margin in one screen.

Pricing is flat and monthly, from ยฃ99/mo for a single subscription to ยฃ999/mo for MSP Launch (10 client workspaces, white-label reporting). Never a percentage of your or your clients' Azure spend. 14-day self-serve trial; no demo call required.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing RectifyData and Cloud Halo.

What makes your product unique?

Cloud Halo's answer:

Cloud Halo is Azure-only and MSP-first. Instead of another multi-cloud dashboard, it turns read-only Azure cost data into the operating workflow partners actually sell: separate client workspaces, budgets with alerts routed to the right client contact, a savings ledger that tracks recommendations from identified to realised, and one-click white-label monthly reports. Pricing is flat - never a percentage of Azure spend or "savings share", so your margin stays yours.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Cloud Halo's answer:

Three reasons. First, honest positioning: Azure Cost Management already shows you the data - Cloud Halo adds the layer that turns it into client reporting, alert ownership and provable savings, and we tell you when the native tools are enough. Second, flat monthly pricing from ยฃ99 versus enterprise suites priced as a percentage of cloud spend. Third, trust posture: read-only access only (Cost Management Reader), with guided consent and RBAC validation -Cloud Halo can never modify your tenant or your clients'.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Cloud Halo's answer:

Azure-focused MSPs, cloud consultancies and Microsoft partners managing 5โ€“50 client Azure environments, plus SMB and mid-market IT teams running their own Azure estate. Typical users are MSP service delivery managers, cloud consultants, IT managers and FinOps leads.

What's the story behind your product?

Cloud Halo's answer:

Cloud Halo came out of a recurring pattern in Azure managed services: every month, someone rebuilds the same client cost spreadsheet, chases the same unowned savings recommendations, and explains the same bill spike after the client's finance meeting instead of before it. Enterprise FinOps suites solve this at enterprise prices - usually a percentage of spend - which makes no sense for a partner managing ten mid-size clients. So we built the operating layer we wished existed: read-only Azure onboarding, client workspaces, routed alerts, a savings ledger, and white-label monthly reports at a flat price.
