That real-time interview guidance is the part no competitor has. Around it, Recrutador runs the whole hiring process on one consistent ruler: evaluation criteria, job description, resume triage, the live interview, and a final report that anchors every rating in the candidate's own quoted words. It assists the human; it never decides, and audio is never stored.
