Questions and Answers

As answered by people managing Really Simple Support and BeyondDone.

What makes your product unique?

Really Simple Support's answer

One simple price for unlimited everything. Absolutely no usage limits. Really Simple Support is purpose built for founders, entrepreneurs, early stage startups. Its the anti-intercom, the anti-zendesk. We're founder friendly and that shows in our pricing and our offering. Its also just a great product.

BeyondDone's answer:

BeyondDone is the first aggregation of Github, Jira, and Confluence for Software Engineers that I've ever seen. For the first time, easy-to-lose information like Github issue mentions, pr review requests, or Jira mentions, are kept top of mind. The ability to add custom accomplishments and todos allows the software engineer to track integrations BeyondDone does not import automatically like Slack conversations.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Really Simple Support's answer

Because helpdesk software is typically complicated to set up, has complicated pricing structures and generally an overblown feature set. Really Simple Support is simple and easy by design. You can be setup in literally 2 minutes.

How would you describe your primary audience?

Really Simple Support's answer

Founders, entrepreneurs, indie hackers, early stage startups.

BeyondDone's answer:

What's the story behind your product?

Really Simple Support's answer

I am a successful SaaS founder and I'm now wanting to go back to building grass roots products because I remember how hard it was in the early days. I want to build GREAT products for founders and entrepreneurs that don't cost the earth and are simple to use.

BeyondDone's answer:

I am a solopreneur software engineer who started building BeyondDone to replace my manual system of tracking my todos in a note-taking app. I also frequently froze during standup, despite being a very hard-working engineer. I simply forgot all the things i had done since the last standup. I wanted to build a tool to make software engineer lives easier.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

BeyondDone's answer:

Next.js, Tailwind.css, Supabase, Vercel, Jira, and Atlassian.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

BeyondDone's answer:

Individual contributor software engineers looking to get ahead.
