The shuttle was okay for me. Day 1 I had an extra shuttle pass and had tried to change the name on the ticket to my friend's name and bus.com said that the name change wasn't needed, just scan the ticket when you board. So I was a little relieved. When my friend tried to use the ticket, the shuttle guys were refusing to give him a wristband because the ticket didn't match his name. And we argued with them for a...
