Along the way, I've used both mint.com & everydollar.com as free budgeting platforms. The former will track all of your non-cash transactions in a single location while the former allows to-the-penny budgeting. You need to put together a monthly budget in order to get over the fear of "not having enough money left over at the end of the month" I use everydollar.com, its free and works great. Source: about 4 years ago
I use everydollar.com to budget as a free account. Source: over 4 years ago
I get no commissions for this, but I've been using everydollar.com for years now to help with budgeting and I highly recommend it! Doesn't make the discipline to keep to a budget any easier, but it's helpful to see percentages of where my money is going (50% is on housing rn *sigh*). Source: over 4 years ago
