Most guidebook tools stop at sharing information; WonderGuest lets hosts sell extras directly to guests (late checkout, cleaning, local experiences) through an integrated store with Stripe payments. Guests access everything via a simple QR code: no app to download, no account to create with content automatically translated into their language.

WonderGuest was founded by Alexandre Pidault, a French product designer with 15 years of experience in SaaS and fintech. After seeing how short-term rental hosts juggled PDFs, laminated sheets, and endless repeated guest messages, he built a tool that centralizes the guest experience and went further by giving hosts a way to monetize it. Bootstrapped and built solo from Bordeaux, France.
