ELBO is what happens when you stop scrolling and start talking. It's a live arena built on one idea: the best conversations shouldn't disappear in a feed โ€” they should be events. Two people debate. An audience votes in real-time. The energy is contagious. The more people show up, the more alive it gets.

You don't need an account to start. Land on the page, judge everyday dilemmas in our daily Tribunal, vote on a hot topic, or pick a fight with our AI Devil's Advocate. A temporary profile is created for you instantly โ€” your XP tracks everything. Register when you're ready to unlock your full profile.

ELBO lives at the intersection of everything that wasn't supposed to mix: gaming meets education. AI meets democracy. Entertainment meets real debate. A platform dedicated to opposition โ€” built on the reconciliation of opposites.

4 worlds, 1 profile that grows with you: ELBO (the public arena), NOVA (education), APEX (corporate training), VOIX (civic democracy). Your ECHO profile is the anti-LinkedIn โ€” built on what you demonstrate, not what you declare.

And because we believe the audience IS the show: 50% of all profits are redistributed to active users, weekly.

Built solo with 11 AI integrations. Available in 11 languages. Made with โค๏ธ in Quebec.

  • Feature-Rich
The library includes a wide range of features out of the box such as drag-and-drop support, keyboard navigation, and dynamic data loading, which can save development time.
  • Accessibility Support
React Complex Tree is designed with accessibility in mind, providing support for ARIA attributes and keyboard interactions, which helps ensure that applications are usable by people with disabilities.
  • Performance
The component is optimized for performance, handling large data sets efficiently without significant slowdowns, which is critical for applications that manage extensive hierarchical structures.
  • Community and Documentation
The library has a supportive community and well-structured documentation, providing developers with ample resources to troubleshoot and extend its functionality.

Possible disadvantages of React Complex Tree

  • Complexity
Due to its extensive features and customizability, React Complex Tree can be complex to set up and configure properly, which may lead to a steeper learning curve for new users.
  • Bundle Size
As a feature-rich component, React Complex Tree can increase your bundle size, which might be a concern for projects where performance and loading time are critical.
  • Third-Party Dependency
Relying on a third-party library introduces dependencies outside of your control, which may present challenges in terms of long-term maintenance and potential update or deprecation issues.
  • Specific Use Case Tailoring
While it offers a lot of features, developers may find that very specific use cases require additional effort to customize or extend the component beyond its intended use.

Possible disadvantages of Elbo.world

  • Privacy concerns
Uploading personal photos to generate AI content raises concerns about data privacy and how uploaded images are stored, used, or shared by the platform.
  • Subscription or credit costs
Access to full features or higher-quality outputs may require payment through credits or subscription plans, which can be a barrier for casual users.
  • Inconsistent output quality
Like many AI image generation tools, the quality and accuracy of generated avatars can vary, sometimes producing unrealistic or distorted results.
  • Limited control over final output
Users may have limited ability to fine-tune specific details in the generated images, relying heavily on the AI's interpretation of uploaded photos.
  • Dependency on internet and platform availability
As an online service, functionality is dependent on server uptime and internet connectivity, which can affect user experience during outages or high traffic periods.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing React Complex Tree and Elbo.world.

What makes your product unique?

Elbo.world's answer:

ELBO is the only platform combining live video debates with AI judging, a full education suite (7 pedagogical tools), corporate training, and civic participation โ€” all in one ecosystem. We redistribute 50% of weekly profits to active creators, and every user builds a certified ECHO profile that grows with them. Built solo, available in 11 languages.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Elbo.world's answer:

Other debate platforms offer text-only forums or single-feature AI chat. ELBO delivers live video with real-time audience voting, AI vs AI debates, Kahoot-style quizzes, Socratic AI discussions, collaborative brainstorming, and a real economy where your participation earns money. No other platform covers education, corporate training, and civic engagement under one roof.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Elbo.world's answer:

Next.js 16 (React SSR), Supabase (database & auth), LiveKit (real-time video/audio), Stripe & PayPal (payments), 11 AI integrations including Claude, GPT, and Groq, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript, deployed on Vercel.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Elbo.world's answer:

Educators and students looking for interactive debate and critical thinking tools. Corporate trainers building negotiation and leadership skills. Municipalities seeking transparent public consultation platforms. And anyone passionate about structured argumentation who wants their voice to have real value.

What's the story behind your product?

Elbo.world's answer:

ELBO was born from a simple frustration: online debates are broken โ€” toxic, unstructured, and reward outrage over argument quality. A solo Canadian developer set out to build the opposite: a platform where debate is structured, judged fairly by AI, and where quality participation is financially rewarded. What started as a debate arena grew into a 4-universe ecosystem serving education, corporate, and civic needs.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Elbo.world's answer:

Currently in public beta โ€” launching March 2026 Targeting Quebec CEGEP and university debate clubs (LiDUC network) Early interest from educators seeking Kahoot alternatives with debate features Designed for municipalities seeking digital consultation tools
