    Great support team!

Really, if you are going to get cloud backup soltuon, use Sim-networks service, they deserve your business. I've never had a problem they couldn't fix, and fast. The support is outstanding and I don't think you can compare these guys to anyone else. Personally I really enjoy my experience dealing with them. Great network uptime! I don't think I will ever leave.

Fantastic provider with 24/7 Tech Support

I have signed up with Sim-networks few years ago, and I have been impressed with their support. My site has been hosted with them with only one instance of any downtime and that only for about a half an hour. 24/7 Email support is there when we need it, even in the middle of the night! The uptime is great, the promise of 99.9% is correct.
