I've heard a lot about BitTitan but have never used it. And yeah, most of my migrations have been an onsite exchange server to the o365 cloud and go really smooth. The others are usually some free email that comes with the webhost, like rackspace.com email where the owner who has 5-10 employees waited until they were hacked before switching over. Lets roll back 20 years to 2002. We looked after PC's running 2000 and XP. A couple of servers, Exchange 5.5/2000, maybe venturing onto a server for File storage and a few app servers. Nothing really broke all that often (even though back then we thought it did).
