Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Qualyo Forms and CodeinCloud.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Qualyo Forms's answer

Qualyo Forms is built for teams and independent professionals who need to qualify an inquiry before investing time in a call or follow-up.

Typical users include agencies, coaches, consultants, freelancers, recruiters, and SaaS sales teams. It also fits teams that need structured demo requests, project intake, discovery-call screening, paid-ad lead capture, or new-customer onboarding.

What makes your product unique?

Qualyo Forms's answer

Qualyo Forms combines a visual, deterministic form-flow builder with optional AI assistance. You decide exactly how each answer routes a respondent; AI can personalize the wording of a selected question, but it never changes the route or branching logic.

That makes it useful for lead qualification: build conversational or classic forms, add qualification criteria and fallbacks, then collect submissions, analytics, notifications, and webhook data in one workflow.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Qualyo Forms's answer

Choose Qualyo Forms when you need more than a questionnaire—you need a controlled lead-qualification flow.

Its visual routing keeps every next step predictable, while AI can make the conversation more relevant without taking control of the logic. You can publish conversational or classic forms, review leads and analytics, send data to your existing tools with webhooks, and use custom branding and domains on Pro.

The Free plan also includes unlimited static forms and submissions, plus 50 lifetime AI conversations, so teams can validate the workflow before upgrading.

What's the story behind your product?

Qualyo Forms's answer

Qualyo Forms is built around a simple idea: a form should help decide what happens next, not just collect answers.

Instead of treating every submission as a flat response, Qualyo lets teams design clear routes for different needs, budgets, timelines, and qualification outcomes. AI can then make the experience feel more personal while the owner stays in control of the logic. The result is a form workflow designed to turn first-contact information into a better next step.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Qualyo Forms's answer

Qualyo Forms is built with Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Its application data, authentication, storage, row-level security, and server functions run on Supabase. Vercel hosts the application and manages customer custom domains; Stripe handles subscription billing; and OpenRouter powers AI-assisted generation and personalization.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Qualyo Forms's answer

  • Qualyo Forms does not publicly list named customers at this time. We avoid naming or implying endorsements without the customer's explicit permission.
