AxisQMS's answer:

AxisQMS is developed by Direct Axis Technology LLC in Dubai, a software company that has been building business applications since 2013. Its experience spans ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business systems. AxisQMS extends that experience into customer-flow and queue management.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Q-SYS leverages cloud computing, real-time analytics, API integrations, IoT-enabled kiosks, and scalable web technologies to deliver a robust, data-driven customer experience and queue management platform.

AxisQMS's answer:

AxisQMS is primarily built using PHP and the Laravel framework. Laravel provides the core application framework and backend architecture, while PHP powers the server-side application logic.

The platform also uses a web-based, API-driven architecture, allowing AxisQMS to integrate with external systems and connect different components such as kiosks, queue displays, counter applications, mobile/QR queueing and management dashboards.
