The website is already built. Each comment will have a reddit post URL, and the bot should leave a comment on that URL. We can use pythonanywhere.com for this to make it easiest. Source: about 3 years ago
If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago
Hello, I have a Minecraft server running on a Rpi with Paper. It works great and I use it to play with some of my friends. However, the server's public IP address often changes, meaning that I have to give my friends the new IP address daily. Being a programmer, I feel this could be automated. Real-world note: For production, integrate with SerpAPI, Brave Search API, or Tavily. The structure stays the same. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
Search provider: Skip for now โ or select a provider if you have a key. Tavily has a free tier at tavily.com. - Source: dev.to / 3 months ago
Search Engine: Tavily API for optimized research-grade web results. - Source: dev.to / 4 months ago
I tried these first because they're the fastest path to structured data. Give them a query, get back JSON with titles, snippets, and URLs. Some of them, like Exa, maintain their own semantic index that's optimized for LLM consumption. Tavily focuses on research-grade search results. Both are impressive for what they do. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
An MCP server to connect to (we'll use Tavily as an example - get an API key from Tavily's website if following along). - Source: dev.to / 7 months ago
