If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Implement logging services such as Splunk or LogRhythm that can be used to audit activity across multiple servers and applications running on them. You should also implement monitoring services like Nagios or New Relic that can monitor system performance metrics such as CPU load and disk space usage so you know if there is any abnormal activity happening within the system at any given point in time. - Source: dev.to / almost 4 years ago
