Doola is a privacy-first AI companion for modern parents, available on iOS and Android. It helps users research ingredient safety, pregnancy food questions, and everyday parenting-related decisions with source-linked educational guidance.
Today, Doola starts with two core experiences. Doola Scan lets users scan ingredient lists from food, skincare, supplements, and other products to quickly understand what may deserve a closer look during pregnancy and beyond. Can I Eat is Doolaโs searchable pregnancy food safety guide, helping users research common questions about sushi, deli meat, smoked salmon, soft cheese, tiramisu, matcha, caffeine, and many other foods during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and preconception.
Doola is built for the real moments when parents need fast clarity: checking a product label in a grocery store, reviewing a cafe menu, comparing supplement ingredients, or looking up whether a food is lower-risk, higher-risk, or context-dependent. Instead of generic summaries, Doola focuses on practical explanations, preparation context, and trusted public-health sources.
The broader vision for Doola is to become an AI companion that supports parents across preconception, pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting. That means going beyond one-off searches and helping users organize questions, understand tradeoffs, and feel more grounded in day-to-day decisions.
Doola is not designed to replace clinician care. It is designed to make research calmer, faster, and more useful, so parents can move from uncertainty to better-informed next steps.
PythonAnywherePythonAnywhere is especially recommended for Python developers (beginners and intermediates), educators, students, and hobbyists who are looking for an easy and quick way to deploy and host their Python applications or who need an online python environment for coding practice.

If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago
Hello, I have a Minecraft server running on a Rpi with Paper. It works great and I use it to play with some of my friends. However, the server's public IP address often changes, meaning that I have to give my friends the new IP address daily. Being a programmer, I feel this could be automated. I don't want to buy a domain, so I want to try and setup a system where the server sends Its IP to my PythonAnywhere... Source: over 3 years ago

So what is the best alternative? I have one Plotly Dash app on pythonanywhere.com where I spend 6 bucks a month so I don't want to spend anymore than 5 dollars per month on the PHP + MySQL. Source: over 3 years ago
