Cucinovo is recipe management and food costing software built for independent restaurants, caterers, and home cooks who need real numbers without enterprise complexity or enterprise pricing.
For restaurants and caterers, Cucinovo calculates real cost per dish that updates automatically when ingredient prices change. Build recipes with yield and waste percentages, nest sub-recipes that roll up costs through every level, generate purchase orders grouped by supplier, and plan events with guest-based scaling. Track contribution margin per dish to identify Stars, Plowhorses, Puzzles, and Dogs in your menu without spreadsheets.
For home cooks, the Free plan covers unlimited recipes, ingredients, categories, and shopping list generation. The Plus plan adds family sharing for up to 5 members, meal planning, cost per portion, and yield calculation.
Built and hosted in the EU (Hetzner Helsinki). GDPR-native from day one, not retrofitted. Self-service signup with no demo required. 14-day full-access trial for restaurants, no credit card needed.
Independent alternative to MarketMan ($239/mo + $500 install), Meez (contact for pricing), WISK, Apicbase, and Excel spreadsheets.

If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago
Hello, I have a Minecraft server running on a Rpi with Paper. It works great and I use it to play with some of my friends. However, the server's public IP address often changes, meaning that I have to give my friends the new IP address daily. Being a programmer, I feel this could be automated.
