The website is already built. Each comment will have a reddit post URL, and the bot should leave a comment on that URL. We can use pythonanywhere.com for this to make it easiest. Source: about 3 years ago
If you are learning, use pythonanywhere.com as they specialize in python, and make setup easy. Only $5 a month. Start with a barebones flask app, get it to run, then follow a tutorial. Actually better to build the app locally, easier to test with IDE like Pycharm. Then upload to the net. Source: about 3 years ago
Hello, I have a Minecraft server running on a Rpi with Paper. It works great and I use it to play with some of my friends. However, the server's public IP address often changes, meaning that I have to give my friends the new IP address daily. Being a programmer, I feel this could be automated. I don't want to buy a domain, so I want to try and setup a system where the server sends Its IP to my PythonAnywhere... Source: about 3 years ago
Hosting wise, I would reccomend pythonanywhere.com, combined with either https://imagekit.io or https://cloudinary.com. Source: over 3 years ago
So what is the best alternative? I have one Plotly Dash app on pythonanywhere.com where I spend 6 bucks a month so I don't want to spend anymore than 5 dollars per month on the PHP + MySQL. Source: over 3 years ago
Browser agents like Browser Use and OpenAI Operator are where things start to change. These are AI systems that actually navigate pages โ clicking, typing, scrolling, filling forms, handling pop-ups. They can reach content that requires interaction. The limitation I've found is orchestration: when you need to run the same task across dozens or hundreds of sites in parallel, managing that yourself becomes its own... - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
This is where tools like TinyFish, Browser Use, and Browserbase become more relevant, not less. The real value of a web agent platform in a WebMCP world is being able to do both: call structured tools where they exist, and navigate the messy human-designed web everywhere else. The transition will take years. Someone has to bridge it. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Browser Use is open source and flexible. You can choose your own LLM, and their cloud offering means you're not tying up your own machine. I was impressed by how well the AI reasoned about page layouts. - Source: dev.to / 5 months ago
Personal assistant: Like Gemini Live, you can create a voice system to help you understand your surroundings and what youโre looking at. Another trending application area is computer and browser use. You can integrate a voice system with an AI browser agent to automate online booking and appointment scheduling. - Source: dev.to / 6 months ago
At the core of the AI agent is the integration of the open-source Python library from Browser Use. This library empowers the agent to perform a variety of tasks by simulating browser actions. Whether itโs navigating to a restaurantโs website to book a table or accessing the CRM to track customer engagements, Browser Use provides the necessary tools for the agent to interact with web resources effectively. - Source: dev.to / over 1 year ago
