Not Open Source but I’ve been using https://pushover.net/ for this use case since forever. The website still looks the same as on the day I signed up for it probably more than 10 years ago. Never had an issue and using that in all my scripts or cron jobs. - Source: Hacker News / 25 days ago

The day this story was posted on Show HN, I didn’t want to be glued to the screen, waiting for new comments. So, I asked Gemini to write a script that listens for new comments on Firebase. I already had Pushover [1], so I connected the script to send notifications to my mobile device. I ran the script and forgot about it. Today, I woke up to multiple notifications. But somewhere between typing your "build me a portfolio website" prompt and watching the interface come to life, a huge number of us end up with something that... - Source: dev.to / 11 days ago

Two regions. Six hubs. Six providers. One of them starts lying after request 50. The quorum catches it. Authority never moves. NUVL fronts compute bindings and forward only. Hubs relay and fan out — no authority, no policy. Providers are the only execution authorities. When Provider_B starts flipping reported outcomes, the 2-of-3 quorum audit detects the drift without promoting hubs into decision-makers. The drift... - Source: Hacker News / 6 months ago
