  • Potential Feature Limitations
Aggregator-style platforms often provide simplified versions of tools that may lack the advanced features or customization options found in specialized standalone applications.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing PropKaki and DeveloperToolStack.

What makes your product unique?

PropKaki's answer

PropKaki is a free AI assistant built specifically for Singapore property. Instead of browsing listings, you just ask — get an instant home valuation, see actual comparable transactions for your block or condo, check affordability, or plan an HDB-to-condo upgrade. Everything is grounded in real Singapore transaction data, not generic estimates, and it covers the details that only matter here: HDB, BTO, lease decay, CPF, stamp duties. There's even a WhatsApp assistant, so you can ask property questions the same way you'd text a friend.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

PropKaki's answer

Most Singapore property platforms are listing portals first — the data tools sit behind paywalls, sign-ups, or are built for agents. PropKaki flips that: the data comes first, it's free, and it's conversational. You get the kind of comparable-transaction analysis an agent would pull from their agency portal, explained in plain English in seconds. No paywall, no waiting for an agent to call you back. If you just want an honest answer to "what is my flat worth?" or "can I afford this condo?", PropKaki is the fastest way to get one.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

PropKaki's answer

Singapore home buyers, sellers, and upgraders — especially first-time HDB/BTO owners planning their next move, and retail investors researching the market. Property agents also use PropKaki for quick valuations and comparable-transaction lookups on the go.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

PropKaki's answer

Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Supabase, Vercel, Claude, Open AI, Perplexity, Open Gov API, Official Singapore data sources (HDB/URA transactions, CEA registry), WhatsApp Business API

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

PropKaki's answer

Singapore home buyers and sellers using the free AI assistant CEA-registered property agents using it for valuations and comps

What's the story behind your product?

PropKaki's answer

In Singapore, property agents get transaction data, valuations, and comps for free through their agency portals — but the people actually making the biggest financial decision of their lives don't. PropKaki was built to close that gap: take the official transaction data that already exists, put an AI on top of it, and give every buyer, seller, and upgrader agent-grade answers for free. It launched in mid-2026 and now covers tens of thousands of pages of Singapore property data, from individual HDB blocks to condo projects to agent profiles.
