  In terms of location, I'm assuming you're going to be working around Buona Vista / one-North area? It might be worth looking for places to rent around there if you're going for private rentals, you can look up something on propertyguru.... Source: over 4 years ago

• Tips for Rental Flats

  Check your options on 99.co, propertyguru.com.sg, iproperty.com.sg, etc. Some parts of SG have cheaper flat prices than others. For flats near Pioneer MRT, the current going rate seems to be around $2500+ for a 4-room HDB. Source: about 5 years ago
