    Check out Donny Wals book on Practical Core Data. Even still the book doesn't cover everything but it is the best "getting started" resource I have found. Almost all chapters have sample code for SwiftUI and UIKit (and if not, he explains why). What is missing from the list I wrote above from the book is Document based CoreData and the UndoManager.
