Good habits are hard. Our brains are wired for short-term rewards. But good habits like waking up early, having a healthy diet can go a long way in making you more productive. Of course. I use The Productive App. I don't know if it's available on android or only ios. It also does have a free version, but the number of habits that can be saved is about five. I did pay for the premium version for a year. Source: almost 5 years ago
