What makes your product unique?

Prep Sarthi's answer:

It interviews you from your own CV rather than from a question bank. It reads the resume you upload and asks about the projects on it, so the questions are the ones only you can be asked, and it asks again when an answer is thin. The report is measured rather than guessed: the pause before you started speaking, your words per minute and your filler words all come from your microphone.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Prep Sarthi's answer:

Most tools cap how much you can practise, because a spoken interview costs them money every minute. Prep Sarthi runs on your own free Google Gemini key, so a pass buys unlimited practice instead of a set number of sessions. It also interviews in Hindi and Hinglish, which matters in India, where interviewers often switch language mid-question. And you can try it for twenty minutes without an account or a card.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Prep Sarthi's answer:

Indian graduates and early-career candidates preparing for the large service companies, where the panel interviews your resume and the round is short. It also suits anyone who has written a strong CV but has never said it out loud.

What's the story behind your product?

Prep Sarthi's answer:

It came out of Interview Sarthi, a Windows app that helps during a live online interview. People kept asking for something to use before the interview rather than during it, and that is a different product, so it was built as one. It is made by one person in Delhi.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Prep Sarthi's answer:

Google Gemini Live for the spoken interview, over a WebSocket, with the microphone captured and resampled in the browser through an AudioWorklet. The site is static and the back end is a Cloudflare Worker with a D1 database. Your CV is read in your own browser and goes only to Google, on your own key.
