Features and specs

What each product offers, as listed by its team.

ProCoach.ai 5 features
Modular JavaScript 5 features
  • AI-Powered Personalization
ProCoach.ai likely uses artificial intelligence to tailor coaching plans, workouts, or advice based on individual user data, goals, and progress, offering a more customized experience than generic programs.
  • Accessibility and Convenience
As an app-based platform, it allows users to access coaching services anytime and anywhere, removing the need for in-person sessions and making it easier to fit coaching into a busy schedule.
  • Potential Cost Savings
AI coaching tools often cost less than hiring a human personal coach or trainer, making professional-level guidance more affordable and accessible to a wider audience.
  • Data-Driven Insights
The platform may track metrics and provide analytics on performance, helping users understand trends in their progress and make informed adjustments to their routines or goals.
  • Scalability
AI coaching can serve many users simultaneously without the limitations of one-on-one human coaching, potentially offering consistent quality service to a large user base.
  • Improved Code Organization
Modular JavaScript allows developers to break down code into smaller, manageable modules. This enhances code readability and maintainability by organizing related functionality together.
  • Code Reusability
Modules encourage reusability by allowing the same piece of code to be used across different projects or multiple areas of the same application, reducing redundancy.
  • Scalability
As the application grows, managing code becomes easier with modular JavaScript. Each module can be developed, tested, and maintained independently, making the codebase more scalable.
  • Encapsulation
Modules provide encapsulation, preventing variables and functions from polluting the global namespace. This reduces the risk of naming conflicts and bugs.
  • Improved Testing
With code organized into discrete modules, writing unit tests becomes more straightforward. Each module can be tested individually, leading to more reliable and maintainable tests.

Possible disadvantages

  • Increased Complexity
Introducing modularity can add complexity to the build process, as it often requires module loaders or bundlers (like Webpack or Browserify) to manage dependencies.
  • Overhead
For smaller projects, using a modular approach might be overkill, introducing unnecessary overhead in terms of setup, configuration, and code management.
  • Learning Curve
Developers unfamiliar with modular JavaScript may face a learning curve, especially when dealing with module patterns, loaders, and bundlers.
  • Dependency Management
Relying on multiple modules can lead to complex dependency chains, making it challenging to track and resolve dependencies across different modules.
  • Performance Overhead
Modular JavaScript can introduce performance overhead if not managed properly, such as loading many small modules individually, leading to increased HTTP requests.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing ProCoach.ai and Modular JavaScript.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

ProCoach.ai's answer

Independent personal trainers and online fitness coaches running roughly 5 to 50 clients, plus nutrition coaches, strength and conditioning coaches, and the owners and head coaches of small gyms, studios and sports clubs.

They coach online, in person, or both. Most arrive replacing the same stack: a spreadsheet for programming, WhatsApp for check-ins, a separate app for nutrition and a manual invoice at the end of the month.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

ProCoach.ai's answer

Because the price you see is the price you pay.

Most platforms in this category sell the essentials separately. Trainerize lists payments as a $10/mo add-on and advanced nutrition at $20 to $45/mo. Everfit lists meal plans at $33 to $39/mo and payments at $8 to $9/mo. TrueCoach lists a 5% fee on every client payment, and CoachRx lists 2%. Those are their published prices, checked in July 2026.

ProCoach is $349.99 a year, which works out to $29 a month, for up to 15 clients, or $699.99 a year, $58 a month, for unlimited. Nutrition, AI, bookings and payments are in both. We take nothing from what you charge your clients.

The honest limits: we are younger than the big names, so there are fewer third-party integrations, and we do not offer a white-labelled app with your own logo on the stores. If either of those is your priority, another tool is a better fit.

What makes your product unique?

ProCoach.ai's answer

Everything a coaching business runs on is in one plan, at one price.

  • Nutrition, client payments, session bookings and AI are included, not add-ons billed monthly on top
  • Pricing is flat and never per client, so signing your tenth client costs the same as your second
  • No platform fee on the money you collect. Connect Stripe and you keep it, minus Stripe's own processing
  • AI drafts training plans from a brief and reads calories and macros from a client's meal photo. The coach edits and approves everything before a client sees it
  • Your clients get a free app on iOS and Android and are never asked to pay
  • Nine languages across the apps and the site, including full right-to-left Arabic
  • We publish our own platform data at procoachapp.ai/research, with the method in the open. No other platform in this category does

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

ProCoach.ai's answer

  • Mobile apps: Flutter and Dart, Next JS

What's the story behind your product?

ProCoach.ai's answer

ProCoach is built by Foxira Labs, founded in 2023.

It started from a simple observation: coaches were spending more time on admin than on coaching. Programs lived in spreadsheets, accountability happened in WhatsApp, nutrition was a separate app, and getting paid meant chasing invoices. Every tool that promised to fix it sold the pieces separately, so the bill grew with the roster.

So we built the whole thing into one app, with one flat price and no cut taken from what a coach earns. The client side matters as much as the coach side: if the athlete will not open the app, nothing else works.

Today ProCoach runs in nine languages, on web, iOS and Android, and we publish our own platform data so coaches can see what actually keeps clients training.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

ProCoach.ai's answer

  • Independent personal trainers and online coaches, who make up most of the platform
  • Small gyms, studios and sports clubs running several coaches on one roster

We do not publish customer names without permission, so there are no logos to list here yet.
