You're getting all sorts of responses OP, I'll chime in with another possible option being a QR code on your phone's lock screen. I used qr-code-generator.com to create one that I print on the back of business cards that takes people to a page of links on my website, but a photographer friend of mine has one on his iPhone's lock screen that does the same thing to a linktree.
